My Lords, they are not authorised persons any more. While I do not think the Government’s argument carries any weight, I am not going to press the amendment because, quite frankly, I intend to press other amendments. If I seek to divide the House on this amendment as well, we will be voting every 20 minutes. However, I must say that I think the Government are being somewhat churlish about this.
