Serious Crime Bill [HL]

As always, I am grateful to the Minister. I am less confused than I was at the start of that explanation. She is making considerable progress on this front. I am grateful for the example she gave, which set out the situation clearly. She said that Clause 60 could not be clearer, but it is one of those clauses you have to read two or three times before you can work out what it means. Again, though, after the example, I think I understand it a bit better than I did. With regard to what she said about the Law Commission and the law of conspiracy, could she say a word or two more about what the Home Office has asked the commission to do, when it will be doing it and when it hopes to bring out another of its excellent reports?
