Gentleman think that his concerns about the order are addressed by the amendments tabled by the official Opposition and by the Liberal Democrats, including amendment No. 18, which deals with applications that"““have substantial effects beyond the area of the local planning application to which the application has been made””" and that"““have substantial effects on the policies contained in the spatial development strategy””?"
