My Lords, before the noble Lord, Lord Glentoran, sits down, I want him to reconsider whether it is appropriate for him to withdraw his remarks regarding the DUP Members of your Lordships’ House. Does the House find it acceptable that an excuse can be offered to the Minister, who finds it acceptable according to the noble Baroness, Lady Farrington, when we are not vouchsafed in the House? I certainly do not. They have three Members; surely at least one of them could have attended. I find it quite uncalled for that the noble Lord should withdraw his remarks.
