moved Amendment No. 99: 99: Clause 139, page 105, line 7, leave out subsection (2) and insert— ““(2) The provisions of Part 6 come into force, except as provided by subsection (2A), in accordance with provision made by the Secretary of State by order. (2A) The provisions of Part 6 come into force, in so far as they extend to Scotland, in accordance with provision made by the Scottish Ministers by order.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
