On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. This is in no sense a challenge, but my hon. Friend the Member for Westbury (Dr. Murrison) has read out part of the explanatory note on the order. Under that heading—in brackets and italics, so it may not count—appear the words:"““This note is not part of the Order””."
Presumably, therefore, debating that is not debating the order.
