I cannot say without taking advice first. However, part of our work in Committee is to listen to what noble Lords have to say and to see whether we can make adjustments to the Bill before Report. If there are issues we can accommodate and they are consistent with the line taken by the Bill, then we ought to be as flexible as possible rather than become too onerous. I shall certainly take the noble Lord’s suggestion away and have a look at it.
