Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill

I would like to make some progress. The Government also believe that all Departments should keep their legislation under review. That is why the Government set up the panel for regulatory accountability, and why there are regulatory reform Ministers in each of the main regulatory Departments—and a Better Regulation Commission keeping an eye on them all.
