The speech to which the hon. Gentleman has just referred also made a slightly erroneous reference in terms of Woking’s excellent environmental record by describing it as a Conservative council. Is he aware that the largest party on Woking borough council is made up of Liberal Democrats, and that they are the most recent party to hold majority control?
