I shall give way to the hon. Member for Cheltenham (Martin Horwood), who has attacked my right hon. Friend the Member for Bromley and Chislehurst for taking up so much time in this House. I remind the hon. Gentleman that when this debate started on 24 March, my right hon. Friend was the only Member to rise in his place. If the hon. Gentleman had been present then, he would have been able to rise in his place and be called.
