My hon. Friend mentioned improving access to microgeneration equipment. Does she accept that until such equipment is readily available—at the moment, most members of the public would not know where to go to obtain it—and heating and other engineers advise the public almost automatically on where to get such products, as opposed to other forms of fuel generators, we will still face long-term energy efficiency problems?
