Perhaps my hon. Friend will join me in congratulating Guildford borough council in my constituency? It has the highest recycling rate in the whole of Surrey. Perhaps she would also agree that it is tremendous to see Conservative councils throughout the country making such huge strides in addressing things such as recycling and other energy-related and sustainable measures that they can put in place.
