Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill

I am grateful to the hon. Gentleman, but I think that I had best move on. We have not heard about the definition of ““legislation””. There is an attempt to define it in subsection (6) of new clause 19, which states that it includes"““a public general Act or local Act (whether passed before or after the commencement of this section)””." That would include many Acts of Parliament of constitutional import, including the Scotland Act 1998. Will the Minister tell me whether the Scotland Act would be covered by that definition?
