The other point is that, unlike the other regulations, there has been no draft of these proposals. There may have been consultation, but there have been no draft regulations, so nobody has had the opportunity to see formally what is coming up. There is that aspect as well as the fact that it will not be long before implementation. I wonder whether that date can be put back.
