I thank the Minister for his reply. As someone who every week spends a little time looking at the Department of Health website, trying to keep up with what is on there, it is important to say that there is such a welter of guidance and guidelines coming from the department that there is a danger that sometimes they get lost. Therefore, a one-stop shop for the legislation might be as valuable as a one-stop shop for the guidance, not least because it will indicate to trusts exactly where they need to put their resources, efforts and priority. But I accept what the Minister says about practice and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
