Can I ask the noble Baroness about the additional guidance on good practice? Does it go further than just the health facilities? I know that the Bill is for England and Wales, but only up the road is Scotland, where there is a nursery that has the dangerous type of E. coli. It just goes to show how it can be spread. Public health should go much further, as the Minister will know, than just health facilities. Would this amendment cover nurseries and such places? It just shows how an infection can take hold and damage our young children.
