I must object to the Minister calling me and other noble Lords paranoiac because of the way we have reacted to his suggestion that the legislation that we are now discussing could result in the age of consent for the purchase of tobacco products rising from 16 to 21. It is not paranoia to react as we did to such a suggestion. It is so fundamental that—the Minister wants to interrupt before I have said what I want to say.
