Health Bill

I am most grateful to the noble Lord for giving way. One of the benefits of taking part in Committee is that one can dig quite deep. Is it not extraordinary that Sweden of all places, as a Nordic country, has gone down the exact road that the noble Lord is talking about? If that is the route that Sweden has taken, and as I understand it Germany is seriously thinking about it as well, the point that the noble Lord is making is even more relevant.
