One thing the Minister and I can agree on is that we have a fundamental difference of view on the Bill, what it should be doing and where it should be. However, I realise that the Committee wants to get on to the proper health aspects of what is termed a Health Bill. The Committee wants to get away from the individual freedom aspects of the Bill, which are contained in Clauses 1 to 13. Therefore, rather than argue further with the Minister, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
[Amendments Nos. 46 and 47 not moved.]
Clause 10 agreed to.
