I was going to make a point on that. It would be enormously helpful if the Minister, either by way of letter to the Committee or in the Library, made it clear who, in the consultation, supported the Home Office on the level of fines the Minister is talking about. Secondly, I am now a little mystified, because my understanding was that there is no fine of £2,500 in Scotland, although I may be wrong. Perhaps he will indicate in his letter the levels of fines for the varying—I think he gave five categories at the last meeting—five categories, and compare them against Scotland. I would certainly find that helpful.
