My approach to Committee on every Bill is that I will look at everything that we discuss again, except where I believe I have completely satisfied a probing amendment with an explanation. I hope the noble Lord will accept that that is exactly what I shall do with this piece of legislation as well. If noble Lords do not feel that we have satisfied them, we will always consider that the matter needs addressing again, not least because noble Lords have others way of ensuring that measures end up in the Bill.
