No, I would much rather my noble friend pressed the matter. Then it is absolutely clear in Hansard, and we do not necessarily need to return to it at a later stage. We think we have the balance right between wanting people to take this issue seriously, using methods that we would traditionally use, such as naming and shaming, and allowing the Electoral Commission to do their job. We think we have responded to the commission’s recommendation appropriately.
