I thank the Minister for her reply. My problem with quantifying the number is that the figure I would really like is probably similar to the number of place names in Great Britain. That would be an exceedingly large number and rather difficult to deal with. I wonder what merit there is in this restriction. It seems there is no real merit or benefit in the description but, if we have to have a restricted number, I would rather have none and allow greater flexibility on this. Given that the Minister will consider all those points, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
