The noble Baroness said: I shall not be moving Amendment No. 101B. Amendment No. 101A is a very minor amendment. It suggests that all election expenses will be those listed by the Electoral Commission in its code of practice. It would be clear then what election expenses were, and everyone would understand them. It seems to me that this could be included in primary legislation. I beg to move.
