I was just going to ask—I am a little bit out of order here, I am afraid—whether the Minister was going to say that there is a distinction between parliamentary general elections and the other provisions here which relate to either local government elections, which are on a fixed date, or by-elections, where clearly there is a campaign beginning from the date of the vacancy.
