I was going to say that I deliberately have not brought with me my file on the debates on the Ballot Act 1872, particularly the fascinating stuff in the House of Commons. People looked closely at these issues because at the time the secret vote was a new concept. They debated in great detail how to ensure the secret vote. I am glad that I did not bring the file because I would have been tempted to delve into it. Although the noble Baroness has done us a favour by raising the issue, those points are not fundamental to the Bill.
