I have had more than my share of debating time in the Committee. I do not intend to delay the Committee with anything else, other than to say that I have heard the debate and recognise that some very powerful arguments were put on the need specifically to deal with the problem of postal voting, which takes me back to my noble friend’s amendment. On that basis, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave withdrawn.
