Electoral Administration Bill

I will be brief. We think that the amendment is a good idea. It builds on aspects of Clause 9. We intend to test this as part of the pilot scheme, which the Bill’s existing provisions allow us to do. If the noble Lord feels strongly that this should be in the Bill, I am very happy to consider it before Report.
