I intervene to draw attention to the fact that that is absolutely nothing to do with Amendment No. 61. I understand that we may possibly be wandering down these roads on Thursday, but can we delay that debate until then? The amendment is about whether an individual can have an individual registration when there is a group registration. Carefully, I ask the noble Lord whether he might return to the subject.
