As the noble Lord will probably know, we have already decided in Committee that a number of issues require us to range quite broadly, as he said, in order to have the necessary quality of debate. One of the real advantages of being in Committee in this Room is that we can have such in-depth discussions, so I expect that we will, indeed, range very broadly on Thursday.
