Electoral Administration Bill

I am very grateful for the Minister’s answer, which is entirely what I had hoped for. We need to handle this with a good deal of flexibility and width to enable us to do all that we want. I hope that the noble Baroness will allow us to range quite widely on Thursday. I do not see the point of putting down a host of separate amendments; I would find it immensely helpful if we could take the Liberal amendments as an opportunity for a broad discussion on this subject.
