I am sorry to interrupt the noble Baroness. After the first year when the electoral register in Northern Ireland was cleaned up, it then dipped again. While I agree with the noble Baroness that this can be looked at in different ways, one year’s figures might reveal a cleaner register but the second year showed that we still had a problem. That is why we have to think again and look carefully at what actually happened.
