I am grateful to the Minister for giving way. There seemed to be a misapprehension, in that the Minister seemed to think that paragraphs (a) and (b) were the same in my amendment as they had been in 1983. They are not. I am sorry to have spoiled the Minister’s flow, if she was addressing the amendments of the noble Baroness, Lady Hanham. I will come in afterwards.
