I am grateful to the Minister for offering to respond, as her response might also answer some of the questions asked by the noble Lord, Lord Greaves. That would help us to establish how much responsibility is pinned on each ERO as they do their job. I will wait for that information and, in the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
