I suggest a different wording, although that does not mean that it will be considered today; I suggest it for the record. I suggest the wording, ““making on more than one occasion house to house inquiries where steps taken under (2)(a), (2)(c), (2)(d) and (2)(e) have not resulted in registration in the household””.
