I should be absolutely clear that I asked the Minister to look at how regional development agencies had performed in delivering the implementation of the food and farming plan, because I am unhappy with the performance of some of them. In the south-west, for example, they put their function through South West Food & Drink, which, as far as I am aware, has done very little to nothing to resolve the situation that I mentioned in connection with south-west lamb. I very much question whether the regional development agencies, unless they change their game and up their performance, should have any role.
