I am grateful to the Minister for her explanation. I had not appreciated that following the code of practice is already required and, therefore, that Amendment No. 330 was unnecessary.
On Amendment No. 333, I am grateful to the Minister for telling me that the Government are enabling the council to have new and broader terms of reference. The noble Baroness did not answer my question on how it was appropriate and from whom that advice would be sought. Perhaps she could write to me on that. I thank the Minister for explaining the government amendment with regard to staff accommodation.
