The noble Baroness said: My Lords, to deal with 21 amendments all together in one group has been outstanding. I should like to record my thanks to the Minister for that and also thank him for having listened to the various diverse contributions. We are grateful that he is going to go away, think about some of these amendments and come back to the issues at Report. Under those circumstances I should like to reserve the right to consider all the new amendments that are coming back and also to reflect on Amendment No. 318. At this stage, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
