The noble Duke said: Amendment No. 117 would remove from Natural England’s general purpose,"““securing the provision and improvement of facilities for the study, understanding and enjoyment of the natural environment””." It is an admirable sentiment, but it does not make a constructive addition to Natural England’s sense of purpose. It shows that Natural England will aspire to provide great things, but that is all it does. I beg to move.
