Antisocial Behaviour

Proceeding contribution from Martin Horwood (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 19 January 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Antisocial Behaviour.
: I am grateful to the hon. Gentleman for giving way. I shall pass on his kind comments to my hon. Friend the Member for North Southwark and Bermondsey (Simon Hughes). I am sure that he will be deeply encouraged by the hon. Gentleman's support, although it may not do him much good in the leadership contest. The hon. Gentleman seems to be labouring under a misapprehension. It is Liberal Democrat policy to support the appropriate use of antisocial behaviour orders.
