Antisocial Behaviour

Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 19 January 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Antisocial Behaviour.
The area that I am talking about is not particularly well-off. About an hour before this debate started, I was contacted again by a business that had suffered from antisocial behaviour: graffiti, vandalism and a break-in. The person said that the simple answer was not ASBOs but more police on the beat catching criminals and deterring crime. I should like the hon. Gentleman's views on that opinion.
