It was very kind of the Minister to give the figures. Does the increase in the number of cases that will be examined by the new monitor—up to 4,000, as compared with the 1,791 that were looked at by the independent monitor in her final year of office—represent the same percentage of cases? In other words, is the Minister saying that the number of cases will rise in proportion, as 4,000 is to 1,791, so that the percentage of cases looked at by the independent monitor remains the same as it always has been?
