Compensation Bill [HL]

I say to the noble Lord, Lord Goodhart, that I intend to bring amendments forward on Report to deal with all the issues raised by the Delegated Powers Committee, although the last paragraph of the report was indeed critical. When I read it backwards, I found we were happy to address all the points raised. I have not tabled those amendments for Committee stage as I wanted the chance to explore some of the issues in Committee rather than amending the Bill beforehand.
