I did, indeed, stop short as I am not suggesting that is precisely what I am going to do. The report is written for myself and the Lord Chancellor. Of course, I am very keen that the issues within it should be made available to the Committee but I shall not promise to publish the report because it was not written on that basis and it would be inappropriate to do so. However, I believe the noble Lord will accept—I say this in my usual open manner—that I will make available the conclusions of that report and information that is relevant to the Committee. I do not know whether there is anything within it that one would wish to keep confidential or whether it contains information on the normal rules of considering how one might use public money. However, I shall make as much information as possible available as soon as possible.
