Compensation Bill [HL]

I hope that Hansard makes something of these exchanges. I am happy to pass the Minister a copy of the NHS Redress Bill, because the point that the noble Earl has made is important. Many outside this place see the system that is being introduced by the NHS Redress Bill as a system that may well—or should well—be considered alongside what the Government are seeking to do about the compensation culture.
