As I understand it, I do not believe that that is a novel concept. However, I believe that because of the way in which the NHS Redress Bill is set out, it would not be appropriate to read across. It is the way in which the Bill will be implemented that will be affected in this way. But I have not read the NHS Redress Bill for a while, so it may be a mistake on my part—and I suppose that the noble Lord, Lord Hunt, will get it before me. Ah, he has handed me a copy! What would I do without him?
