National Insurance Contributions Bill

Proceeding contribution from Rob Marris (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 December 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills on National Insurance Contributions Bill.
I reject the concept of prejudice against the City of London. If one reads the regulatory impact assessment, one realises that the clause will raise £240 million per annum after the initial £95 million in 2004–05.
