London Olympics Bill

With this it will be convenient to discuss amendment No. 3, in page 23, line 35 [Clause 33], at end insert— '(2A) The Greater London Authority shall not raise more than £625 million from the council tax for the purpose of exercising the function under subsection (1).'.
