My Lords, the noble Baroness, Lady Barker, speaks with passion on this subject. The amendment gives the courts the flexibility to make an order that best meets the needs of the child. Although our names are not attached to this amendment, we have supported the noble Baroness throughout the passage of the Bill and continue to do so.
