My Lords, I am most grateful to the Minister for considering our suggestions in Grand Committee, for taking them on board to make this amendment. It is a welcome addition to the Bill, and will ensure that the reinstatement of rights to common which have been extinguished does not occur. It is an important and sensible way of avoiding any future argument about disputed or unregistered rights. I thank the Minister.
On Question, amendment agreed to.
